As Senior Vice President and Chief Performance Officer, Sharad Khapra will be responsible for leading continuous improvements across P3, with the goal of creating streamlined, scalable processes to drive greater engagement with our providers and ultimately our patients.
Sharad and his cross functional teams will deliver high-quality analyses, reporting and actionable data to propel our mission to be the best health partner for our patients, providers, and payors.
Sharad brings more than a decade of senior healthcare leadership experience to P3, previously working at Heritage Medical Group, as the Chief Performance Officer of Clinical Operations; Prospect Medical, as the Coordinated Regional Care Chief Financial Officer; and DaVita HealthCare Partners, as the Nevada Market Chief Financial Officer.
He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University. Additionally, Sharad is Six Sigma Green Belt Certified in Process Improvement, APICS-Certified in Supply Chain and is a Certified Public Accountant.
On the weekends, Sharad and his family like to reconnect and explore surroundings, engage with community development services, and works toward spiritual well-being.
