Kate Tuttle is an advanced practice registered nurse who has lived in Southern Nevada for almost 20 years, 9 of which include her experience working in the medical field. She is skilled at addressing the multifaceted needs of the most critical and complex adult and pediatric patients with a connection with patients and their families through even the most challenging diagnoses.
In fact, it is these social interactions that initially appealed to Kate when she considered a nursing career. She considered a career as a geneticist but realized that she is far too social to be working in a lab all day. She makes personal patient care her priority by facilitating trust and openness. Helping people is Kate’s passion because it drives good medicine, which led her to join P3 Health Partners.
Kate enjoys educating patients about how to get and stay healthy. She teaches preventative care and encourages moderation. To stay balanced in her own life, Kate loves to read and enjoys art, great music and crocheting.
Kate earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nevada State College in Henderson and then went on to earn a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota where she was a member of Sigma Theta Tau International and the Golden Key Club. She is licensed as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She holds active memberships with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization, the Nevada Advanced Practice Nurses Association and the American Society of Addiction Medicine.
