Nationally Certified Medical Assistant

The Certified Medical Assistant is responsible for clinical and administrative tasks within their scope of practice.   The Certified Medical Assistant follows standard operating procedures that support achieving the Quadruple Aim:  improved outcomes, improved patient experience, improved clinician experience and decreased cost of care.  The  Certified Medical Assistant fulfills a key patient facing role in P3’s team approach to care delivery.The Healthcare Economics Sr. Analyst provides value-added analysis of population healthcare medical and pharmacy data. The incumbent demonstrates business and data understanding; provides advanced comprehensive reporting of healthcare data, statistical analysis, including predictive analytics, data manipulation, interpretation, presentation, and recommendations on specific courses of action. The Senior Analyst is responsible to design and develop reports and analyze data to measure clinical outcomes, network performance and methodology levers. You will investigate key business problems through quantitative analyses of utilization and health care costs data.

Healthcare Economics Senior Analyst

The Healthcare Economics Sr. Analyst provides value-added analysis of population healthcare medical and pharmacy data. Claims/System Configuration Analyst

The Configuration Analyst is responsible is responsible for the configuration and data maintenance of the EZ-Suite processing system (Citra Health). The position is accountable for the accuracy and quality of the claims payment processing and prior authorization systems set up. The Configuration Analyst will be required to engage in configuration, administration, implementation / installation, troubleshooting, and mapping. This position requires advanced coordination, communication, and analytical skills.

Information Security And Infrastructure Engineer

Information Security and Infrastructure Engineer is a security focused member of Information Services (IS) and a core member of our compliance and audit team and holds the role of Information Security Officer. Formulate and define information security scope and objectives based on both users’ needs and a good understanding of healthcare and regulatory requirements. Responsible for leading actions needed for any security risks, breaches, intrusions, and system abuse. Responsible for the design and implementation of security related infrastructure and applications. Conducts or is a liaison to third-party security reviews and audits and oversees any subsequent remediation projects generated from the reviews or audits. This position executes and maintains compliance with various business certifications and audits, e.g. HITRUST, HIPAA, SOC2, PCI, etc.

RN – Utilization / Care Management (UM/CM) Nurse

The Senior Contracting Specialist is responsible for the full range of high-level contracting, provider relations and service interactions with providers that ensure our patients have superior access to the highest quality, cost-effective providers of healthcare services.

RN – Admission and Concurrent Review Care Manager

This position is responsible for compliance with the Medical Management Program Description of P3 Health Partners regarding Utilization Review, inclusive of prior authorization, on-site and telephonic, concurrent and retrospective review, discharge planning and transitions of care to the appropriate level.   The Nurse adheres to the standard operating procedures that support achieving the Quadruple Aim:  improved outcomes, improved patient experience, improved clinician experience and decreased cost of care.  This Nurse will integrate and collaborate with hospitalists and emergency department staff, including physicians, to coordinate the functions of utilization review, discharge planning, care management and resource management into a singular effort.  By achieving this the nurse  ensures, based on patient assessment and best practice, that care is provided in the appropriate setting utilizing medically indicated and contracted resources
