Claim/Systems Configuration Analyst

This position is responsible  for the configuration and data maintenance of the EZ-Suite processing system (Citra Health). The position is accountable for the accuracy and quality of the payment processing and prior authorization systems set up.

Patient Services Specialist

The Patient Service Specialist is responsible for corresponding with patients,maintaining the organization of our office, and ensuring that our environmentis welcoming, calm, and quiet for our patients and their families.

The  Certified Medical Assistant is responsiblefor clinical and administrative tasks within their scope of practice.

Clinical Coding Training & Development Educator

Under the general supervision of Clinical Coding Leader, assist with development of multi-media training curricula and materials for his/her assigned markets to ensure complete and accurate coding compliance with proper medical record documentation.

Provider Contract Specialist

The Provider Contract Specialist is responsible for the full range of contracting, provider relations and service interactions with providers that ensure our patients have superior access to the highest quality, cost-effective providers of healthcare services
