Dr. Emily K. Coriale, PharmD, has dedicated her career to improving the health outcomes of patients. Over the last decade, Dr. Coriale has held executive leadership positions within the industry’s leading healthcare organizations where she strived to enhance the patient’s experience.

Dr. Coriale joins the P3 Health Partners team as its Vice President, Operations and Pharmacy as well as its Compliance Officer. In her dual role, she is responsible for the development and implementation of operations efforts and pharmacy programs as well as ensuring the organization is compliant with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies and company policies.

Prior to joining P3, she held several executive leadership positions focused on Medicare operations for Humana. Dr. Coriale served as the CEO for Arcadian Health as well as a Vice President for Humana where she had P&L responsibility for California and Hawaii. In these roles, she executed growth strategies while effectively managing medical and administrative expenses, resulting in exceeding overall margin targets. She has a proven track record of developing strategy and designing organizational structures to support the strategy.

Dr. Coriale began her career as a Pediatric Oncology and Hematology Pharmacist at Massachusetts General Hospital. Her managed care experience began at Medimpact supporting both Self-Insured and Managed Care Market Segments where she led initiatives optimizing the clinical quality and cost-effectiveness of prescription drug programs for her clients.

Dr. Coriale holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Northeastern University in Boston. She is a member of Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy, National Association of Professional Women and San Clemente Junior Women’s Club.
