If P3 is not in your insurance network, we encourage you to contact your insurer and request that we be added to the network.
To make a change to your plan, please contact your broker. Brokers are certified agents that are knowledgeable about various health plans in the local market. They work on behalf of the patient to learn more about a patient’s individual care needs and help them search which insurance plan best meets their individual healthcare needs.
