Help your clients schedule their first visit with a P3 Medical Group Provider, and you will RECEIVE $125/PER NEW PATIENT APPOINTMENT*

One of the easiest ways for your clients to take charge and maintain their health is a strong relationship with their Primary Care Provider (PCP). The initial visit is one of the most critical steps to help your client connect with their new PCP, establish trust, share their health concerns, and put together a game plan to help them stay on track.
How it works?
- Enroll in the P3 program through your agency’s enrollment process.
- Enroll your client in a P3 accepted plan and select a P3 Medical Group Provider as their PCP.
- Complete the Client’s First Appointment Form or call our Broker Helpline (702) 778-4700 to assist your client in scheduling their first appointment.
- After scheduling the appointment, submit the name of the new P3MG patient to your agency partner.
- At the end of the month, we will verify each appointment and send you the Broker Appointment Fee.
How do I qualify?
- Must be appointed to sell all Medicare Advantage plans contracted with P3.
- Must adhere to all CMS compliance/guidelines.
- Attend a P3 training session.
- Sign required documentation.
- Track and report all new P3MG patient appointments.
