When Dr. Bailey Wagner decided to become a physician at the age of five, she couldn’t have imagined the journey that would lead her to care for patients across Nevada. What started as a career-day costume grew into a lifelong passion for medicine and serving others.
Dr. Wagner specializes in family medicine and finds the greatest joy in connecting with her patients on a personal level. She values shared decision-making, believing that the best outcomes come when doctors and patients work together toward better health.
Outside of work, Dr. Wagner enjoys spending time with her husband and children, playing sports, watching movies, and exploring the outdoors. She has a sweet spot for chocolate and ice cream, and her friends would describe her as friendly, kind, and easy to talk to. Her best advice for patients is simple but powerful: regular exercise supports both heart and mind in countless ways.
Dr. Wagner earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from Ross University School of Medicine and is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
