Dr. Jeremy Seastrand is a family physician who values trust, collaboration, and prevention in every aspect of care. Before joining P3 Health Partners, he ran a direct primary care clinic in Orem, Utah, where he developed a deep appreciation for personalized, patient-focused medicine.
He loves being a problem solver and working side by side with patients to find practical, long-term solutions for chronic health concerns. Dr. Seastrand was drawn to P3 because its value-based care model reflects his belief that medicine should focus on prevention, compassion, and partnership.
Outside of work, Dr. Seastrand enjoys going to the gym, rock climbing, spending time outdoors, and trying new restaurants. He’s also an accomplished pianist and an avid fan of both college and NFL football. His advice for staying healthy comes from a favorite quote: “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”
