With extensive experience in value-based care strategy, operations, and market leadership, Erin Mastagni, Market President for Oregon, will lead growth initiatives and business objectives for the Oregon market, ensuring alignment to P3’s Core Values, Mission, and Vision.
Erin will work closely with local provider groups to support adoption of P3’s value-based care model, driving improved outcomes for patients and providers. She will also focus on strengthening key partnerships, supporting long-term market growth, and helping expand P3’s community presence through strong relationships and local engagement.
Throughout her career, Erin has helped build and scale value-based care models across multiple healthcare settings. She spent 15 years in consulting with employers, health systems, and health plans, building the teams, processes, analytics, and technology required to support high-performing value-based care programs. In 2017, she joined Landmark Health and led the Gulf Coast and Northern California markets, delivering in-home care for complex, high-risk patients. Following Landmark’s acquisition, Erin founded TailorCare, a value-based musculoskeletal solution focused on improving outcomes and care delivery.
Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts from Claremont McKenna College and a Master of Health Administration from the Columbia Mailman School of Public Health.
