Ethan Braught, MHA serves as California Market President and Vice President of Operations for Oregon at P3 Health Partners, where he leads operations and growth for Medicare Advantage and ACO members. With more than a decade of experience in value based care, Medicare Advantage, and risk adjustment, Ethan focuses on aligning clinical, operational, and financial performance to improve outcomes for both patients and providers.
Since joining P3 in 2021, Ethan has held progressive leadership roles overseeing risk adjustment, quality programs, and provider engagement across multiple plans and states. He is known for building strong provider relationships, developing high performing teams, and leading initiatives that enhance patient experience, quality, and affordability.
Earlier in his career, Ethan worked in health plan and ACO settings, helping develop population health programs, strengthen care coordination, and advance quality and compliance efforts. These experiences give him a well rounded perspective across payers, providers, and care management teams.
Ethan holds a Master of Healthcare Administration with a focus on organizational leadership and change management from Colorado State University Global and a Bachelor of Science in Pre Physical Therapy with a minor in Exercise Physiology from Oregon State University.
Outside of work, Ethan enjoys exploring Oregon and Northern California, mountain biking, camping, and cheering on the Oregon State Beavers.
