Roy L. Youngblood Jr. is the senior director of compliance for P3 Health Partners. He leads all compliance functions, overseeing adherence to laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
Youngblood establishes standards and implements procedures to ensure effective compliance programs that identify, prevent, detect and correct noncompliance.
Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Youngblood holds a bachelor’s in biological sciences from Southern University, a doctorate in chiropractic medicine, a master’s in healthcare law and compliance from Regent University School of Law, and a master’s in corporate healthcare compliance from George Washington University. He’s an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and multiple healthcare compliance associations.
Youngblood brings over 12 years of healthcare compliance experience in federal program regulations. He has developed and managed ethics and compliance programs for enterprise-wide facilities, with expertise in fraud, waste and abuse, risk assessments and corporate healthcare investigations.
Faith guided him to join P3 Health Partners, driven by a desire to improve healthcare policies.
