As Vice President, Medical Affairs for P3 Health Partners Arizona, Dr. Ankur Rana oversees all aspects of clinical care for P3 Arizona’s medical group, its affiliate network and medical management teams. By working collectively with patients, providers and payors, he is responsible for ensuring that each P3 Arizona patient receives the quality healthcare that they need and deserve.
Dr. Rana earned his Doctor of Medicine from the Rostov State Medical University, Rostov-on-Don, Russia. He received his Family Medicine training at Central Washington Family Medicine residency. Dr Rana earned his Master of Medical Management (MMM) from the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California.
Over the past two decades, Dr. Rana has served as the Regional Medical Director and then Executive Medical Director for the Swedish Medical Group Primary Care and Swedish Family Medicine Residencies. Prior to that, he was with The Everett Clinic, where he worked as an Urgent Care Physician, later becoming Facility Medical Director, Urgent Care. Dr. Rana began practicing medicine in the Central Washington Family Medicine Residency Program, later moving to Virginia Mason Memorial, where he served as a staff physician, specializing in Primary Care.
Outside of the office, Dr. Rana enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, reading, sports, music and learning new languages.
