Jeffrey Wagner, MD, has served P3 Medical Group since its inception in 2018 as one of the first primary care providers to join the organization in its goal to transform healthcare. A Las Vegas native, Dr. Wagner has nearly a decade of experience practicing primary care in the valley and is well versed in managed care and population health management. Dr. Wagner received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
As Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Wagner is responsible for medical oversight of all aspects of clinical care for the organization’s medical group, its IPA network and medical management teams. He also leads the organization in advancing its mission to transform the delivery of primary care by partnering with payers and providers to drive improvements in the quality and cost of care for every P3 Nevada patient.
