As a seasoned healthcare IT professional with over 15 years of experience, Ajay has dedicated his career to building cutting-edge healthcare solutions that transform the industry. His passion for healthcare technology and unwavering commitment to excellence have fueled his journey, allowing him to lead cross-functional teams and launch innovative products that drive real impact. Throughout his career, he has focused on creating healthcare IT products tailored to Managed Service Organizations (MSOs), payers and providers. By harnessing his deep industry knowledge and expertise, he has spearheaded projects that enable organizations to achieve exceptional results.

Prior to P3 Health Partners, Ajay worked as an Associate Director of Innovation Group at Optum where he led the technology team in delivering innovative cutting-edge solutions in the value-based care space that helped the company transform its business operations.

Ajay earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Aspen University of Denver, Colorado, and another Master of Computer Applications degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University of New Delhi, India besides his Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Punjab University of Chandigarh, India. When he is not at his desk generously using his cognitive reservoir to build technology solutions for problems, he is busy replenishing it on long outdoor walks exploring nature. He also enjoys listening to a variety of music, watching old classics with his wife and two daughters, and gardening.
