With more than 20 years of healthcare management experience—both as a physician practice manager, caring for patients at the clinical level, and as a healthcare administrator, managing large multi-site facilities—Allen is an exceptional leader for the P3 teams in Nevada and Arizona.
Allen and his teams are dedicated to ensuring that P3 Nevada’s and P3 Arizona’s Medicare Advantage patients receive the best possible care. This is achieved through our expansive network of primary care affiliate providers or at one of our medical group clinics in Clark and Nye Counties, as well as our growing presence in Arizona.
Allen began his career at Camp Pendleton as the Medical Training Department Chief for the Naval Expeditionary Medicine Training Institute. He was later promoted to Senior Medical Department Manager, 1st Marine Division, US Navy Personnel, and subsequently to Clinical Operations Manager, Primary Care Clinics, Naval Medical Center. In 2014, Allen transitioned to the private sector, serving as Physician Practice Manager II for Pacific Medical Centers. He later became Director of Operations & Director of Ancillary Services. In 2018, he joined The Everett Clinic, where he held several roles of increasing responsibility, including Regional Operations Director, Senior Director of Operations – Primary Care, and most recently, Vice President of Clinical Operations.
Allen holds a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Health Sciences from The George Washington University, a Master of Business Administration from Washington State University, and is a graduate of Surface Force Independent Duty Corpsman School’s Naval Surface Warfare Medicine Institute. Additionally, he is Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt trained and a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and Medical Group Management Association. Allen is currently pursuing his Doctor of Healthcare Administration at Central Michigan University.
Allen enjoys traveling abroad with his wife of 26 years and discovering the joys of being a new grandfather to his baby granddaughter. He also loves exploring wineries, sampling local food and culture, and appreciating art in its many forms.
