Allen Pate

Market President, Nevada

With more than 20 years of healthcare management experience, as both a physician practice manager, caring for patients at the clinical level, and as a healthcare administrator on the operational side, managing large multi-site facilities, make Allen an excellent fit to lead the P3 Nevada team.

Allen and his team will continue ensuring that P3 Nevada’s Medicare Advantage patients within Clark and Nye Counties receive the best possible care through our expansive network of primary care affiliate providers or from one of our medical group clinics.

Allen began his career at Camp Pendleton, as the Medical Training Department Chief for the Naval Expeditionary Medicine Training Institute, later promoted to Senior Medical Department Manager, 1st Marine Division, US Navy Personnel, and then to Clinical Operations Manager, Primary Care Clinics, Naval Medical Center. Allen joined the private sector in 2014, as Physician Practice Manager II for Pacific Medical Centers. He later became Director of Operations & Director of Ancillary Services. In 2018, he joined The Everett Clinic, where he held several roles of increasing responsibility, including Regional Operations Director, Senior Director of Operations – Primary Care, and most recently, Vice President of Clinical Operations.

Allen holds a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Health Sciences from the George Washington University; a Master of Business Administration from Washington State University; and is a graduate of Surface Force Independent Duty Corpsman School’s Naval Surface Warfare Medicine Institute. Additionally, he is Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt trained and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and Medical Group Management Association. Allen is currently pursuing his Doctor of Healthcare Administration from Central Michigan University.

Allen enjoys traveling abroad with his wife of 26 years and learning the wonders of being a new grandfather for his baby granddaughter. He also likes exploring wineries and sampling local food and culture, while enjoying art in its many forms.
