David is an Arizona native who started his healthcare career 25 years ago working at a community hospital. His managed care experience began in the late 90’s at Partners Health Plan in Network Operations. From there he has held executive positions within the industry’s top healthcare organizations where he endeavored to enhance the healthcare delivery system.
Prior to joining P3AZ, David held several leadership positions at Arizona Connected Care, Southern Arizona’s first Accountable Care Organization. In those roles, he executed growth strategies while effectively managing medical and administrative expenses.
Dave joins the P3 Arizona team as its Market President responsible for leading the development and implementation of the Arizona operations. He values integrity and hard work and is a devoted family man. Dave spends his downtime taking his family on road trips and coaching his children and other youth in baseball and basketball.
