Leslie Fisher has advised clients in various industries on matters including corporate governance and securities, public company disclosure and reporting obligations, capital markets transactions, executive compensation, strategic partnerships, compliance, policies and procedures, restructuring and employment law. Her experience also includes complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. She previously worked at large private law firms, as in-house counsel and as a staff attorney with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement.
Fisher holds a bachelor’s degree in political science, a master’s in business administration and a juris doctor from Southern Methodist University. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is admitted to practice before the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, and district and bankruptcy courts in New York, Oklahoma and Michigan.
