Lisa Kraska brings nearly three decades of global human resources leadership and healthcare industry experience to the Vice President, Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards role at P3 Health Partners. Her prior experience stretches across a wide range of businesses in public and not-for-profit sectors, including UnitedHealth Group, Optum, Baylor Scott & White Health and Deloitte Consulting.
In her position, Lisa is responsible for P3’s talent attraction and retention strategies, which are pivotal to delivering the P3 Mission and Vision through our people. Lisa has an extensive background in talent attraction and employment brand building. Lisa also leads the compensation and benefits strategy for P3, which are pivotal in reinforcing P3’s Core Values and Culture.
Lisa is certified by NAHCR as a Certified Health Care Recruiter (CHCR) and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa. She was recognized as a Top 10 Talent Acquisition Professional in 2021, and as an HRO Today 2022 Superstar.
In her spare time, Lisa enjoys traveling and wine education with her family and friends.
