Rebecca Lindy assumed the role of Executive Vice President of Healthcare Economics for P3 Health Partners. In this role, she will be providing leadership and strategic vision to transform business intelligence into actionable data and strategic recommendations to improve outcomes. The Healthcare Economics and Clinical Documentation and Coding teams will report to her.
Lindy’s 27 year career has included leadership in start-ups, turn-arounds, mergers and acquisitions. Throughout her career, Lindy has focused on aligning quality and financial goals for both provider and health plan through clinical management, contractual opportunities and operational execution.
Prior to joining P3, Ms. Lindy was Market President of Medicare for Cigna’s Arizona market. In her four-year tenure, she led the strategy and operational execution of the market, significantly improving the profitability and quality outcomes for the health plan, maintaining the highest CMS STAR rating in the market, and growing membership over 20%. She led her team through multiple organizational changes, including the CMS sanction remediation, with an emphasis on empowering and developing staff, and implementation of compliant operational processes.
Ms. Lindy has held General Manager roles in Nevada and Arizona at CareMore Health Plan, an Anthem company, as well as Lifeprint Health, a United Health Group company. She has also held CFO/ VP of Finance roles at Health Choice, an Arizona Medicaid organization and HealthCare Partners Nevada.
Lindy started her career in Public Accounting in Chicago, IL. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BBA in Public Accounting from Loyola University Chicago, and passed the CPA exam that same year. She later graduated from George Washington University in Washington, DC with an MBA in HealthCare Administration.
