LAS VEGAS – P3 Health Partners announced today two major additions to its growing leadership team. Jessica Puathasnanon has assumed the role of Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel and Eric Atkins has assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer.
Jessica is an experienced legal and compliance executive who joins the P3 Family with more than 20 years of experience practicing law in the public and private sector. Skilled in people leadership and management, compliance program development, investigations, litigation management and more, Jessica’s leadership will support the company’s continued growth.
Eric brings with him 15 years of corporate and professional services experience primarily in the health care industry to P3 Health Partners. His expertise in financial reporting and strategy development will drive the operational needs of the organization.
